Amy, the Founder and Director of Mint Wellbeing, is a specialist physiotherapist with over 9 years’ experience working in the NHS and private sector.
She gained her BSc in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the University of Southampton and after working for a number of years returned to University in 2013 to complete an MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London, passing with Distinction.
She has worked at some of London’s leading hospitals including the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH - Stanmore) and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals). She has extensive knowledge in the management of sports injuries, musculoskeletal problems, elective and trauma orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, shoulder rehabilitation including recurrent shoulder instability and pain management.
CLARE PACEY BSc, AACP
Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist
Clare is a highly specialist women's health Physiotherapist with over 9 years experience. She has experience working in some of London's top hospitals including King's College Hospital London, Imperial College Healthcare Trust and Queen Charlotte's Hospital, a world renowned centre for maternity and women's services. Privately, she works with post natal women at the Portland Hospital and at the prestigious Lindo Wing.
Clare has extensive experience treating pre and post natal women, complex gynaecological needs, incontinence, sexual dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain. She utilises her skills in manual therapy, acupuncture and individually tailored rehabilitation programmes to help you achieve your goals.
JACK GRODON BSc (Hons) MCSP
Jack is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 7 years’ experience working in the NHS, private sector and elite sport.
Jack gained his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2011 from Sheffield Hallam University and has subsequent experience in working at some of London’s leading NHS hospitals including the Royal London Hospital, Guy’s Hospital and St Thomas’ Hospital. He is committed to professional development and has gone onto complete further study through completion of MSc modules in Neuromusculoskeletal Triage and Acupuncture.
Jack has extensive knowledge and experience in the management of musculoskeletal problems, orthopaedic fractures and soft tissue injuries, elective and trauma orthopaedic surgery and has a specialist interest in rehabilitation for Anterior Cruciate Ligament reconstruction and conservative management.
LIZZIE MARLOW BSc MSc MCSP
Lizzie is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over five years postgraduate experience. Her passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation was discovered whilst studying BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at the University of the West of England. She gained experience working with professional and amateur athletes from a number of sports including Rugby and Football. She then went on to study MSc Physiotherapy at the University of Southampton, where she achieved a distinction and secured a role as a rotational physiotherapist for one of London’s leading hospitals, Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust.
She has a particular interest in lower limb injuries, including Patellofemoral Pain, Tendinopathy Management and ACL Rehabilitation.
Lizzie is enthusiastic about learning and has started an Advanced Lower Quadrant MSc module at King’s College University in January 2018. This course will allow her to develop advanced skills in the assessment and management of patients with complex lower quadrant dysfunction.

Mindfulness and Meditation Coach
Mui brings over 20 years of experience in the area of mindfulness, personal and professional development and coaching. She has delivered training to over 3,000 individuals either within large corporate businesses or on a one-to-one basis.
Mindful Coaching focuses on the relationship between self-talk, thinking, stillness, self-worth and confidence. Mui will explore with you how your feelings, attitudes and habits can influence your own thinking and behaviours in a way that is positive and helpful for yourself and others. She works on developing your own skills and strategies to view and manage different and challenging situations effectively thus creating the success you desire.
Her non-judgemental, challenging and fun practices ensure that anyone working with Mui will leave feeling uplifted, confident and ready to view life in slightly different way. She inspires people to extend their comfort zone and develop both personally and professionally in a sustainable way.
