Director and Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Amy, the Founder and Director of Mint Wellbeing, is a specialist physiotherapist with over 8 years’ experience working in the NHS and private sector.

She gained her BSc in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the University of Southampton and after working for a number of years returned to University in 2013 to complete an MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London, passing with Distinction.

She has worked at some of London’s leading hospitals including the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH - Stanmore) and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals).  She has extensive knowledge in the management of musculoskeletal problems, elective and trauma orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, shoulder rehabilitation including recurrent shoulder instability, pain management and developing rehabilitation regimes for people with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.



Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Clare is a highly specialist women's health Physiotherapist with over 8 years experience.  She has experience working in some of London's top hospitals including King's College Hospital London, Imperial College Healthcare Trust and Queen Charlotte's Hospital, a world renowned centre for maternity and women's services. Privately, she works with post natal women at the Portland Hospital and at the prestigious Lindo Wing. 

Clare has extensive experience treating pre and post natal women, complex gynaecological needs, incontinence, sexual dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain.  She utilises her skills in manual therapy, acupuncture and individually tailored rehabilitation programmes to help you achieve your goals.



Mindfulness and Meditation Coach

Mui brings over 20 years of experience in the area of mindfulness, personal and professional development and coaching. She has delivered training to over 3,000 individuals either within large corporate businesses or on a one-to-one basis. 

Mindful Coaching focuses on the relationship between self-talk, thinking, stillness, self-worth and confidence.  Mui will explore with you how your feelings, attitudes and habits can influence your own thinking and behaviours in a way that is positive and helpful for yourself and others. She works on developing your own skills and strategies to view and manage different and challenging situations effectively thus creating the success you desire.

Her non-judgemental, challenging and fun practices ensure that anyone working with Mui will leave feeling uplifted, confident and ready to view life in slightly different way.  She inspires people to extend their comfort zone and develop both personally and professionally in a sustainable way.
